Trails
Our property is large and has rough terrain throughout – at times you may experience slippery or wet paths. We strongly encourage the use of proper outdoor shoes at all times. Our paths have solar lights along them but they are not enough to see clearly. Every person on site must have a headlamp or flashlight to find your way to your tent at night, your cell phone isn’t enough. Guests must use caution. We assume no liability for individuals on our property. Please be careful.
No Children
There are many obstacles on site that children could hurt themselves on. There is also an unsupervised waterfront. For the comfort and safety of everyone we do not allow children under the age of 13.
Noise
Harmony is a retreat centre with daily morning yoga from 8am to 9am at our waterfront that requires quiet while in practice. We ask that everyone please enjoy and respect this. Everyone on site, must respect the sounds of nature and let those sounds be the ones that everyone hears. Laughter is always welcome.
Birch Bark
Please do not pull any bark from any trees. We have had guests pull bark from birch trees to light the campfire. This will kill the tree. As a guest on our property we ask for respect for the trees.
Fire Pit
We provide the correct materials to start a fire in our secure fire pit. There are no fires allowed anywhere else on site. You must be over the age of eighteen to use the fire pit.
No glass
We ask that you don’t bring glass to your tent or the waterfront.
No candles
While we acknowledge that many people come here for a romantic getaway, we ask that you not bring any candles on site. Each tent has solar lights in it. As you can imagine, it scares us to think of anyone lighting anything flammable in our tents, so please leave the candles at home, watch a sunset together instead.
No Tobacco products on site
If you must smoke a cigarette, you may do so in the lower parking lot and use the bin provided.
No Dogs
Please note, for the comfort of our guests, dogs cannot be accommodated on our property. We would be happy to provide a pet kennel contact.
Parking
We provide free parking on site, please note you are parking at your own risk. We do not assume liability for your vehicle, or contents
