Escape to Harmony Outdoor Inn, a unique waterfront resort in a secluded woodland setting in Parry Sound, Ontario.
We have four tents which have two single beds in them; Birches, Cedars, White Pines, and Maples.
We have two tents which have a queen-sized bed in them; Ironwood and Hemlock.
On-site, our screened-in pavilion is where you can prepare your meals using everything we’ve supplied for you. All you have to do is bring your groceries. The pavilion also has complimentary high-speed internet and many outlets to charge your devices. Fridge freezers, BBQ’s Propane stoves as well as a Toaster Oven and complimentary coffee and tea.
Paddlesports Equipment Included!
Go for a swim out to our floating dock or take a Kayak, Canoe or Stand-up Paddleboard out on the river, all included in the price of your stay. (All guests must wear a life jacket/PFD and must not use the equipment unless sober) If that seems like too much work then swing in the shade of a tree in one of our waterfront hammocks or relax in a Muskoka Chair on the dock.
At the end of the day, walk a forest path to your tent in the woods. Your tent will be made up with a clean bottom sheet and pillowcase, you bring your own bedding or sleeping bag. Please know that you can’t park next to your tent and you will have to walk around 2 minutes along our tinkle-light lit trails. We are conveniently located close to town on a 16-acre forested property. Our proximity to HWY400 means that you can hear some traffic at night depending on how busy the roads are at the time. Anywhere in Parry Sound and the surrounding area, you can also hear trains. These Trains are what put Parry Sound on the map. Despite this people love the experience of staying in our tents. (We just like to let people know what to expect)
