Self-Check-In
When you arrive at Harmony Outdoor Inn look for our self-check-in blackboard on the right side of our garage. Here you will find more information on where to find your tent/room, you will be able to check the box to let our team know you have arrived and we will be able to relay any additional helpful info to you. You will also see a map of our site so you can get oriented. We always have staff on site but because we are located on a 16-acre lot sometimes we might not be there when you arrive so if it is after 3 pm, feel free to check the box so we know you have arrived and make yourself comfortable.
Waterfront Deck
Take a stroll down to our waterfront to discover our large waterfront deck where we like to gather in the morning for yoga or relax in Muskoka chairs for the evening sunsets. There’s a sandy beach to swim from or a dock to sit on if you’re more of a toe dipper. Relax in any one of our hammocks in the trees or beside our group fire pit under the evening stars.
Pavilion
Our 600sqft covered outdoor pavilion is where people gather to cook and eat. The pavilion has everything our guests would need to prepare their own delicious meals and eat in comfort. Here you can also enjoy our selection of games or share a glass of wine with your fellow guests. The pavilion is also where you can access our complimentary high-speed wifi and we have many outlets to charge your devices.
Paddlesports Equipment
At our waterfront, you will find paddlesports equipment that is available for your use for no charge. Choose to take a canoe, single or double kayak, or Stand-up Paddleboard out to explore the shoreline. We require everyone using this equipment to wear a life jacket/PFD which is supplied and to be sober.
Outdoor Showers
Our glamping guests enjoy two outdoor cedar-lined showers equipped with propane on-demand hot water to ensure hot water for everyone. You’ll find complimentary natural body wash and shampoo for your use in each shower.
Trails
There are woodland paths to every tent lit by twinkle lights to guide your way. We strongly suggest you bring a flashlight to help you get safely to bed at night.
Waterfront Firepit
At our waterfront, you will find a firepit along with a covered wood crib, kindling, and fire-starting supplies. We will let you know if there is a fire ban.
Outhouses
Every tent has an outhouse behind it for your own comfort and privacy. Our outhouses are composting outhouses that are environmentally friendly and virtually odor free. There are also two outhouses at the Pavilion and one at the waterfront.
